Meeting/Event In-Person Set Up

If you love working with a team to throw an unforgettable event or party, this team is made for you! As an in-person set-up volunteer, you’ll help create the perfect atmosphere by setting up food and drinks, organizing name tags and resources, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Whether it’s decorating or making sure everyone’s comfortable, you’ll play a key part in making every event memorable and fun.

Participation Recruiting/Networking (Asynchronous & In-Person)

Are you an outgoing “people person” who thrives on making new connections? This role is perfect for someone who loves making others feel welcome, included, and connected! Whether you’re calling potential participants, greeting learners during events, or following up to keep the community engaged, you’ll be the friendly face that makes new attendees feel like part of the group. Help us grow our circle while ensuring everyone feels seen and valued.

Design/Implementation of Fundraising Events

Calling all Life Long Learners who are passionate about education and literacy! This role is perfect for those who enjoy organizing events and connecting with others to support a worthy cause. You’ll get hands-on with planning amazing fundraising events like Author’s Night, Dream Week, and more—whether it’s arranging catering, recruiting speakers, or handling social media and ticketing. If you love bringing people together and securing resources for a great cause, this is your chance to make a lasting impact!
